Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)

Abstract:

Goal of the project is to understand how MPLS works and why it is used in todays networks. We take a special look at loops and loop controls in MPLS. The traffic engineering and VPN applications of MPLS are studied. We also review some common misconceptions of MPLS.
